BFD Foods is comprised of a small, highly-focused management team, consisting of its three co-founders. The team brings together more than 80 years of combined experience in all aspects of the company’s operations, ranging from operational and supply chain management, inventory control and optimization and legal and regulatory compliance and contracting expertise.
BFD Foods holds exclusive license rights to produce and market a Frozen Fried Egg product, using proprietary production processes.
BFD addresses strategic food preparation needs for quick-service-restaurants (QSR’s), hospitality, travel and leisure operators and institutional/ correctional/ military installations throughout North America. The scale, scope and velocity of the company’s growth throughout its robust marketing strategy is limited only by raw material (eggs and olive oil) availability.

Over 22 years experience focusing on global operations, strategic sourcing and supply chain re-engineering around the world. AT&T, Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies, McDonald’s, A.M.Castle, Oracle Packaging, LINAR Advisors. José Luis is bilingual in Spanish and English.
COO and Managing Partner
Supply Chain Expert with over 26 years of experience focusing on demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, order management and reverse logistics. Excellent experience managing supply chain between OEM’s and Contract Manufacturers.
Cisco, Intel, Sun Microsystems, Brocade and Infinera. Hassen is bilingual in English and Arabic.
CAO and Managing Partner
Attorney — Senior Global Executive, with over 30 years experience in international law, finance, project management and regulatory compliance. Extensive international assignments include Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Paris and Dubai, along with extended stints in New York, Houston and St Louis. Mr Ferris is responsible for the Company’s contract negotiations, regulatory compliance and employment/labor practices.
